January 1st, at 12:00 a.m., shall be the determining date for the age of the competitor and shall hold true for the District Qualifying and National Championships.

In other words, if a girl was born in 1990, she would be eligible to play 16/under in 2007. She will also be able to play if born in 1989 and is a Junior in the 2006-2007 school year.

Any player competing in a specific age division must remain in the same age division throughout the District Qualifying tournament and National level.
